Returns and refunds

We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs and your order number.

We will offer one of the following:

• Replacement (if available)
• Refund
• Store credit

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• In original condition
• Properly packaged
• Returned within 14 days after approval

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
